FLETCHER - allows the making of 16SL standard hunting or fowling arrows or 8SL standard war arrows per week from feathers, shaft material, thread, and premanufactured heads. Arrows can also be repaired; arrow repair normally takes half the time and half the material of making them new. (ep to work out to 1 ep per day)
