LITERACY - Allows reading and writing of any languages known. Allows comfortable use of 2xSL forms of punctuation (paired puntuation, such as parentheses, count as one form per pair). Allows legible copying of SL pages of text per day. When a character writes or copies a work, the player should make the first copy by hand; subsequent copies may be machine copied from this first copy.
