HEAL - Allows the restoration of one body point as a noncombat action; neither the patient nor the physician can be alert. Uses needle and thread or rags to bind the wound. The patient generally recovers restored body points at one per hour, or one per two hours if an elf. Recovery first acts to reduce bleed rate, then to restore BD. Usable SL^2 times per day. Physician gains 1/EL EP per point healed.
